We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.
Pasadena In-Store Pickup
Orders will be ready for pick-up within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order status update email with "Awaiting Pickup" when your order is ready. When you come into the Pasadena location to pick up your order please show a valid ID that matches the name on the order.

A: We ship all orders from California.
Q: Do you ship internationally
A: At the current moment, we only ship to the United States and US territories. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or requests regarding international shipping.
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: You can access the tracking number for your order through your account history if you made an account with us. We also email a tracking number with your shipping confirmation.
Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: We use USPS and UPS. All of our shipments include tracking numbers for your convenience.
Q: My item was lost or stolen, can I get a new one?
A: Sidecca is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please check twice before ordering that your shipping address is correct.
