Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 5-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders placed for overnight service before 10:00 AM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.

Q: How do in-store pickups work?
A: At checkout you have the option to select 'Pasadena In-Store Pickup' which free of charge. Your order will be ready for pickup the in 1-2 business days and you will receive an email once it is available to pickup. Please note that we do not process orders on Holidays and orders placed after 10:00 AM PST Friday - Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Once you receive your email letting you know that your order is ready, please bring or show a copy of the invoice and provide a valid ID. There are no in-store pickups for our Burbank location at this time.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship all orders from California.

Q: Do you ship internationally
A: At the current moment, we only ship to the United States and US territories.  Please contact us at rubyscustomerservice@sidecca.com for any questions or requests regarding international shipping.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Once your order has been verified, we will ship your goods within 1 - 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. If you are concerned about delivery, please reach out to us at rubyscustomerservice@sidecca.com.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You can access the tracking number for your order through your account history if you made an account with us. We also email a tracking number with your shipping confirmation.

Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: We use USPS and UPS. All of our shipments include tracking numbers for your convenience.

Q: My item was lost or stolen, can I get a new one?
A: Sidecca is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please check twice before ordering that your shipping address is correct.
