Sidecca return and exchange policy

You may return your item for a refund within 30 days of your order shipment date. All items must meet the following requirements:

  1. The item was received less than 30 days from your orders shipment date (listed on your packing slip)
  2. The item is unworn and undamaged
  3. The original tags are still attached and still in the original packaging
  4. The item is not a Final Sale item

Returns

You will be refunded the full amount minus a $5.99 shipping fee for the item you are returning. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will receive your refund in the form of your original payment (i.e. credit card) within 7 days of us receiving your return.

Return to one of our store locations 

You can choose to return your purchase to one of our store locations which will eliminate the $5.99 shipping fee deduction. In store returns can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, the store can not refund the amount to your original tender. Please note that store credit is not redeemable online at this time.

How to return your item at one of our store locations:

  1. Make sure your return meets all of the requirements stated above
  2. Bring in a copy of your invoice along with your item you are returning
  3. Please inform the cashier that you purchased the item online and whether you would like to exchange or receive store credit

Exchanges

We do not accept online exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color we suggest you start the return process for the item and make a new purchase for the size or color you desire.

How to return your purchase:

To start a return, please email returns@sidecca.com to gain a return authorization. Once your return is approved we will provide you with a return label. Please note that all unauthorized returns will be refused.

  2. Provide the reason for the return in the body of the email
