General

Q: I received a coupon for the website, can I use this coupon in one of the store locations?
A: Website coupons are different than our in store coupons and can only be used online at this time unless otherwise stated.

Q: My coupon code wont work, why?
A: Coupon codes only work for regular priced items.  If you have a sale item in your shopping cart, the coupon will not apply.  You can only use a coupon code if your cart has only regular priced items.

Q: There's a sale going on in Pasadena or Burbank, why isn't this sale online?
A: Each store is subject to have different promotions or sales at different times, the sale is only available at that certain location(s).

My Order

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, you can choose to use our guest checkout option to place an order without creating an account. However, we recommend creating an account so it will be easier for you to access your account information and order history.

Q: Can I call in and place a telephone order?
A: No, because we value the safety of your information and taking telephone orders places your information at risk. We are not able to take phone orders.

Q: How do in-store pickups work?
A: At checkout you have the option to select 'Pasadena In-Store Pickup' which is at no cost. Your order will be ready for pickup the in 1-2 business days and you will receive an email once it is available to pickup. Please note that we do not process orders on Holidays and orders placed after 10:00 AM PST Friday - Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Once you receive your email letting you know your order is ready, please bring or show a copy of the invoice and provide a valid ID.

Gift Cards

Q: Do you offer gift cards to purchase online?
A: At this time we do not offer online gift cards, but are working on having this option for you as soon as we can. For questions regarding gift cards please email us at customerservice@sidecca.com

Q: Can I use my Sidecca store gift card online?
A: At this time you can only use your Sidecca store gift card at our Pasadena or Burbank locations.)
